History

History of 1st Linslade Scout Group

The Scout Troop was founded on 15th March 1921 as recorded in a hand written log book. This has been painstakingly digitised by our Group Secretary for all to enjoy right here on our web site – many thanks to Karen Brown.

You can read the Log Book covering the period 1921 – 1949 by clicking on the index items below. This will download a PDF for each chapter.  This is a great insight into our past. Enjoy!!
